We’re excited to share that we’ve recently implemented substantial improvements to our system. As part of this enhancement, we’ve updated all existing accounts, which includes resetting passwords. To access your upgraded account for the first time, please follow the ‘Lost Password’ recovery process outlined below:
Accessing Your Account #
1. Head to the My Account page
2. Click Lost Your Password below the login form on the left
3. Enter the email associated with your account and click Reset Password (this will be the same email address you used previously)
4. You will receive an email with a reset link (make sure you check your spam folder), click the link or copy and paste it into your browser
5. Enter your new and click Save
6. You will be redirected to the login screen, enter your email address and new password and click Log in
7. From your Account page, you can now access all of your past orders and subscriptions as well as manage any of your personal information. View the guides below to learn more.
